Modern Research Labs welcomes respectful discussion about laboratory research materials, product documentation, orders, and service. These guidelines describe our standards for MRL-related content across our website, social media, product reviews, community forums, and other public channels where our company or products are discussed.

We apply moderation within spaces we own or manage. On independent websites and third-party platforms, we may report concerns through the platform’s available processes; those platforms maintain their own rules and control their content. A reference to MRL alone does not establish agreement to these guidelines.

• Questions about ordering, delivery, billing, and company policies.
• Accurate, relevant discussion of lawful laboratory research.

03 / Research-use boundaries

Keep the discussion research-focused.

Research materials are offered for laboratory research only, not for human or veterinary use. On channels we manage, do not request or post medical advice, personal-use testimonials, or instructions of any kind for human or veterinary use.

Do not promote treatment, diagnosis, therapeutic benefits, or personal self-experimentation with MRL research materials.

Scientific references and analytical reports do not establish approval or suitability for medical use. Support can help locate available product records but does not provide medical or dosing advice.

04 / Independent content

No Unauthorized Representation

No person or organization may claim to represent, partner with, or be sponsored by Modern Research Labs without our express written authorization. Independent posts, reviews, or brand mentions do not establish an official relationship.

Modern Research Labs does not currently operate an affiliate program.

Independent content does not change the intended use of our products. Contact support if someone claims a current affiliate relationship with MRL or represents independent medical or human-use guidance as MRL instructions.

05 / Respect & privacy

Protect people and their information.

Do not post threats, harassment, discriminatory abuse, impersonation, spam, deceptive claims, private personal information, or material you lack the right to share. Keep payment details, private order information, and sensitive health information out of public comments.

We welcome honest negative feedback. Content should not be removed simply because it criticizes MRL or gives a low rating. The same relevance, privacy, conduct, and research-use standards should apply regardless of sentiment.

06 / Moderation & concerns

A proportionate response.

Within channels MRL owns or manages, we may review reported content and take proportionate action, such as requesting a correction, hiding or removing content that violates these guidelines, or restricting participation. Order and account decisions remain governed by the existing Terms of Service. On independent platforms, MRL may use available reporting tools but cannot promise removal.

To report a concern, provide the link or screenshot, platform, account name, date if available, and a short explanation through Customer Support or Complaint & Abuse Reporting. Avoid sending unrelated personal information. If you believe content was moderated in error, you may contact support with the relevant details.
